Personal Training
In todays world when most of us think about training and health we see this guys lifting heavy weights, running fast, counting steps and weighing their food. What if that isn’t the path for all of us? What if true health can be something much more holistic? What if we could seek more balance rather then more intensity in life? For a long time I thought all of the things above was what defined our health, our fitness. As time evolved, and I grew, so did my view of health. Today my vision of health is a combination of mainly body weighted strength, with flexibility, mindfulness, play, recovery, diet and the breath to create a balanced body and mind both in the present moment and in the future. To become more free in ones body, more resilient, to prevent injury and for longevity. This is the philosophy I’ve cultivated and build on for over 15 years as a personal trainer—one that focuses on the person as a whole, not just the workout. The great thing is that I worked with more then 100 clients through out my career so no matter where you start from, I will be able to meet you where you are.

Who am I?
My journey into training and movement started early. I’ve always been incredibly active, exploring a wide range of sports throughout my life. However, it was after a series of injuries that I found myself in the gym, pushing my body harder and harder in search of strength and aesthetics. But despite my dedication, something was missing. I felt disconnected and unfulfilled, as though I was training just to train, without deeper purpose or balance.
It wasn’t until I studied Sport Management at university that my path began to change. A course on sustainable leadership introduced me to the concept of mindfulness, and for the first time, I began to understand the power of mental clarity, presence, and harmony between training and life. I practiced mindfulness for the rest of my studies, and gradually, I began to feel its profound impact on my life—bringing not only clarity but also a deeper sense of fulfillment and connection to my body.
After finishing my degree, I decided to travel the world to deepen my understanding of movement, wellness, and the mind-body connection. I spent time in India studying the art of yoga, lived in Buddhist monasteries in the Himalayas, Thailand and Sri lanka to further my understanding of mindfulness. I went to Mexico to learn about free-diving and the breath, to the Amazon jungle to learn from native shamans their way of viewing spirituality. During my last 15 years I traveled to many corners of the world. Along the way, I also improved my practice in calisthenics, gymnastics, animal movement, soft acrobatics, dance and martial arts.
This journey has shaped my holistic approach to health. I blend traditional strength training with mindful practices, breathing techniques, and a focus on recovery, to help clients not only reach their physical goals but also cultivate a sense of freedom, inner peace, and overall well-being.
Building functional strength while promoting mobility and overall body awareness.
Integrating mindfulness and breath work to enhance focus, reduce stress, improve your posture, strength and connection to your body.
Supporting your training with practical guidance on nutrition and recovery practices that promote long-term health and vitality.
Ultimately, my mission is to help you move more freely, feel stronger, and live with greater ease—whether you're recovering from an injury or simply seeking to improve your overall health and quality of life. Remember this does not mean that we shouldn’t have a body that we feel really comfortable in, it just means that this doesn't have to be the only or main focus of our practice. It will come anyway.
What we truly are aspiring to do, no matter what goals or intentions you have with your practice, is to start to create new habits. This is a process that takes both time and effort. My approach is neither the “quick fix”-solution that is so often sold to us in todays fast moving society. My aspiration is rather to create long lasting changes that will be with you for the rest of your life. It's about creating a well established foundation where you can grow from. Life is not a 100 meters sprint, it´s a lifelong marathon.
Therefore I offer no less then 10 sessions to really be able to make this longterm change in your life. Each session is around 90 minutes to make room for all elements such as flexibility and opening the body, to challenge and strengthening it and to still have time to integrate and practice a bit of stillness in the end. On top of this 10 sessions you will also receive a personalized training schedule with pictures and descriptions of what to do when you are by yourself. Also adjusted to where you would like to train, in the gym or back home. In addition to this you will receive a PDF packed with information regarding how, what and why you should think about nutrition, recovery and meditation.
I have worked with clients from everywhere between “just wanting to start to move and lose weight”, to “having a lot of injuries and not knowing where to start” to “active athlete that want to improve body awareness and learn handstands”. As my own practice have been very diverse and my many years of experience working as a coach I'm comfortable that I will be able to meet you where you are. The best thing of all is that it doesn't matter where on the globe you live, I offer my services both in person and online. At the present moment I have clients practicing with me from all over the world.
For the online training some students have a simple setup back home with a pull up-bar in the doorframe, rings and rubber bands. As they learn how to use their own body as their main tool they do not need a complex setup. It also gives them the freedom to practice wherever they are at the moment. Some other students goes to the gym and bring me with them on the screen. It works surprisingly good. You just have to try it to know.
If you live in the area around Sherbrooke, Quebec I also offer my services in our own studio here in Lennoxville. A great, calm place where you don't have the intensity from a commercial gym all around.
